Then answered all the people and said His blood be on us and on our children….
Comments: Jesus placed a limit on the self-proclaimed curse made at his trial, when he said, “Father forgive them, for they know not what they do.” That prayer, along with a loophole inserted in the Mosaic Law, and a promise recorded in the Book of Isaiah, will rescue his people Israel from an even worse agreement they’ll make in the future with the Man of Sin Numbers 30:13(6-13), Isaiah 28:15-20.
“…We have made a covenant with death and with hell are we at agreement…your covenant with death shall be disannulled and your agreement with hell shall not stand Isaiah 28:15-20.”

Note from the editor: I read my Bible every day, always picking up today where I left off yesterday. I call this my “on-track” Bible reading. I have been doing this for over 44 years. It was the best advice I was ever given, and it changed my life. If you are not presently doing the same, I invite you to join me. How much you read on a daily basis isn’t important. It only matters that you read, feeding your spirit with a prayerful dose of the living and powerful Word of God.
