Jesus proclaimed that He was the Almighty come in the flesh, just as the prophet Micah predicted He would (Micah 5:2). He went further and declared that anyone who did not believe that He was the I AM (The God of the Burning Bush) would die in their sins.
That’s a strong statement.
Malachi said (Malachi 2:10): Have we not all one Father Has not one EL created us Why do we deal treacherously everyone against their kindred [invisible women x’s 3] by profaning the covenant of our fathers
We read in Genesis 1:1 [in the Hebrew], that the Godhead (ELOHIM) the FIRST LAST created all things. We read in The Revelation 1:8 that Jesus is the FIRST LAST (ALPHA OMEGA). We read in Colossians 1:13-20 [17], that Jesus is the Creator.
Hear O Israel YHWH our ELOHIM is one YHWH…. [Deuteronomy 6:4]. These titles of God are all plural, confirming the Godhead.
“Father” is not a title assigned to just one member of the Godhead. In Isaiah 9:6 the Messiah/Jesus is called the everlasting Father. Jesus is God. Jesus is the Almighty, and He said if we did not believe His claims to be so, we would die in our sins.
All the fullness of the Godhead resides in Him in physical form…. Colossians 2:9
